Every item is printed to order and leaves production within 48 hours. EU: 2–5 business days (€5.90); worldwide: 5–10 business days (€12.90). Tracking always included.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted items are always on us: within 30 days you get a free reprint or a full refund, and we handle the return shipping. Reply to your order email and it gets sorted.

Boxy and true to size. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one — the 100% cotton relaxes half a size after two washes.

Yes — printed ceramic, 330 ml, microwave and dishwasher safe. The meetings, unfortunately, are neither.

Very much — real products, printed on demand and shipped worldwide. Payment runs through Stripe; if anything arrives less than perfect, we reprint or refund.
