An order is confirmed when Stripe completes the payment and you get the confirmation email. If something is out of stock after you paid, we refund that item the same day and tell you.
All prices are final prices in EUR plus shipping. As a small business (Kleinunternehmer) under § 6 Abs. 1 UStG 1994 (Austria), no VAT is charged and none shown. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout before you pay.
Every item is printed to order — production starts within 48 hours. EU delivery in 2–5 business days for €5.90, worldwide in 5–10 business days for €12.90. Tracking arrives by email; if a package goes missing, we deal with the carrier — not you.
Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because every item is printed just for you, printed products count as personalized goods and are excluded from that right (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB / § 18 Abs. 1 Z 2 FAGG). Faulty, damaged or misprinted items are always on us: within 30 days you get a free reprint or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.
